Ascot Build and Design can project manage your house renovation from concept to completion, aiding you in submitting drawings and proposals to the local authorities.
Our preferred architects can work with you to achieve your perfect property renovation, designing new layouts and concepts to suit your needs, to give you a real impression of how your new home will look.
We can undertake any refurbishment work, including all carpentry & building works, full electrical re-wiring, plumbing, gas works and painting & decorating. We can also carry out any structural alterations, working with our preferred Structural Engineers, helping to create new spaces to make the most of your property.
All electrical, plumbing and heating works can be undertaken including internal finishes, kitchen and bathroom fittings. We can carry out full electrical rewiring and gas installations, all completed by fully qualified, experienced engineers. All Gas engineers are ‘GAS SAFE’ registered. Our electricians are an approved NIC/EIC electrical contractor and are qualified to the highest standards and work in accordance with guidelines from the Institute of Electrical Engineers (IEE) and the latest BS7671 Wiring Regulations.
