Spring Cottage, Holyport

 

This project in Holyport Berkshire saw major refurbishment work internally, plus external repairs and replacement windows and external doors.

The brief of the project was to upgrade the property to suit the new owners living requirements but retain the original external style.

​

Ascot Build & Design Ltd worked with Spiral Cellars Ltd, www.spiralcellars.co.uk to excavate and construct the bespoke wine cellar. The electrically operated door set in the floor is secretly switched for security and finished with porcelain tiles to match seamlessly with the remainder of the floor.

There are porcelain and carpeted floors running through the ground and first floors all kept warm under foot with the complete under-floor heating system which has been installed throughout the property.

Externally, the roof has been repaired and refurbished with matching clay tiles to replace those broken or missing.
