This period bungalow required a complete renovation throughout, turning the property from a dilapidated space to a rental opportunty for our client.
Ascot Build and Design meticulously went through the property to bring it back to its former glory from a complete electrical rewire to installing all new plumbing and heating systems. Internally, we reinstated many of the original features including fireplaces, doors, architraves and skirting all the way through the property.
The new bathroom was tastefully fitted with a tradiitonal suite and then fully tiled by our specialist.
Windows were replaced throughout and a new kitchen installed.
To complete the renovation we decorated throughout and laid wooden flooring.
We thoroughly enjoyed working with the client on this project and returning the bungalow back to a habitable space.
