Wisteria Cottage, Sunningdale

Wisteria Cottage was bought by the clients in a very poor state of affair and required a full renovation throughout.

Ascot Build and Design started this process by completely stripping all of the walls and ceiling paper, removing the existing kitchen, bathrooms and all the fitted furniture throughout.

The property needed a complete electrical rewire with the installation of a new plumbing and heating system.

To create a spacious open plan kitchen/ snug area, we knocked through into the rear projecting room and installed geld-wen bi-fold doors. This created a beautiful, light space for the family to live in with views into the garden.

Ascot Build and Design installed a new, fully tiled family bathroom and a WC to the ground floor. To finish off the work internally, the property was decorated throughout by our specialist.

Externally, we complemented the renovation work by building a raised patio out of beautiful and hard-wearing white limestone.
