Badgers Drift, Warfield

 

This project saw the complete refurbishment, loft conversion and large extension of a beautiful country home in Warfield, near Ascot.

The extensions consisted of a large 2 storey and a single storey elevation, including hard landscaping around the property. The brief for the project required the extensions, patio & terrace to blend in seamlessly with the existing property.

The hard landscaping included a large patio to the rear of the property and a terrace at the front, all laid in spectacular ‘Indian Sandstone’. The terrace was framed by a sweeping, face brick wall, leading down to the driveway.

The impressive driveway features curved borders using ‘Indian Sandstone’ edging blocks. The driveway was designed to a high specification ensuring its permeability. The driveway had the perfect finishing touch, with the installation of the new gates & entrance way. 

Inside the home, a solid oak, open riser staircase was installed from the ground floor right up to third floor loft conversion. This provides a stunning centre-piece to the main hall.
