Each property is a timber frame construction. This is a very cost effective and efficient way of building which is Eco-friendly during the construction as well as once occupied. With high insulation values and an air test falling well within the Building Regulation requirements in accordance with Approved Document L1A ‘conservation of fuel and power in new dwellings.’
