The existing commercial premises incorporated a ground floor shop and a small office on the first floor.
To make use of the space available the property was extended to the rear adding a second floor above the existing parking area.
With the property being turned into 5 apartments it was necessary to maintain the acoustic integrity between each of the units, Ascot build were asked to design the walls and floors taking into account sound transference issues as well as all current fire regulations.
Internally the property was stripped out of all existing fixtures and fittings and installed all new doors, skirting, architrave and laminate floors throughout.
New kitchens were installed in the aparements including all cabinetry and splashbacks.
Bathrooms were tiled throughout using porcelain floor and walls tiles including mosaic features
Our specilaists decorated all 5 apartments and communal areas throughout and laid carpet to the comunal areas.
Externally we installed a new aluminium shop front and rendered the entire external façade, finished with white K-rend – seamlessly blending the old with the new.
To finish off this project the car park area was refinished with new tarmac and new boundary fences erected.
